Product
We cut pretty much like other brands on the market. So take your usual size from us. You have a good chance of making the right choice. If you usually do S in other brands, take an S from us.
However, if you want to check your choice, consult our size guide. There you will find the main measurements of our clothing.
Take a piece of clothing from your wardrobe of the same type as the one you want to order and measure it. Look in the table for the size whose measurements are closest to those of your garment. If you are exactly between two sizes, choose the larger one.
No, because the fabric with which they were made has been washed beforehand. On the sales page of each product you will find the maximum temperature at which the product can be washed. Please take this into account when washing.
For each product, the composition of the fabric used is indicated.
Payment
To pay for your purchases on the site, you can use either your Paypal account or your bank card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc.). All your payments are secure .
We also offer the possibility of paying in 3 or 4 instalments, with no minimum purchase, thanks to our partner Alma.
Please note that transactions are carried out in the currency of your country.
Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email in which you simply click on “Download your order”.
Payment is 100% secure.
When you pay, a padlock appears in the URL bar, indicating that your connection is completely secure.
Depending on the bank card used, your bank may ask you for verification by 3D secure.
Payment 3 or 4 times
With no minimum purchase, you can pay for your order in 3 or 4 instalments, free of charge, over a period of 3 to 4 months, thanks to the Alma payment platform.
There is no minimum amount required for the shopping cart.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards issued in France, Belgium, Germany and Spain. Most bank cards are accepted. You can also pay by Paypal. However, prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards cannot be accepted.
Yes, payments via Alma are secure.
Alma systematically carries out a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank then sends you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking application, to confirm that you initiated this operation and that it is not fraudulent.
Orders
To guarantee fast delivery, once the order has been validated, you can no longer cancel it or make any modifications.
However, if you no longer wish to receive your order, we invite you to refuse your package to the delivery person or to reship it using the prepaid return label, if your delivery country allows it.
Our collections are designed in limited editions to guarantee exclusivity and originality. Therefore, once a product is sold out, it will generally not be restocked. We encourage you to discover our other available models to find unique pieces that will seduce you. We thank you for your understanding and interest in our brand.
Delivery
For In-Stock Products:
- For any order placed on Monday with Colissimo, the order will be shipped the same day or the following day.
- For any order placed from Tuesday to Friday before 2 PM, the order will be shipped the same day.
- For any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 2 PM, the order will be shipped the following day.
- For any order placed from Friday after 2 PM to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
Please note that during holidays, sales, or new product launches, this timeframe may be slightly extended. Shipping time is added on top of this preparation time.
For Pre-Order Products:
On average, pre-orders are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks after the pre-order campaign, during which time the garments are produced. In any case, the buyer is informed of the delivery timeframe during the pre-order process.
We ship items to the delivery address you provided when placing your order. Please ensure that your postal carrier can either leave the package in your mailbox or hand it to a concierge.
For In-Stock Products:
- France (Mainland): Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days.
- International: Delivery takes 3 to 6 days depending on the destination country.
For Pre-Order Products:
- France (Mainland): Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days once the manufacturing process is completed.
- International: Delivery takes 3 to 6 days depending on the destination country, once the manufacturing process is completed.
For France, shipping is free of charge.
Shipping is also free for orders over $150 to the USA, Canada, and the rest of the world.

As soon as the package is sent, you will receive an email to tell you that the shipment has just been made and to give you the tracking number for your package which will allow you to track your order.

Returns & Refunds
You have 14 business days after receiving your order (as indicated in your tracking information) to request a return online and mail your package.
For In-Stock Products:
For simplicity, we do not offer direct exchanges for in-stock items. If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size. You can then return the item that doesn’t fit using the return label we will provide.
To return an item, you can download and print a prepaid label to attach to your return package via this page: Process a Return. Returns are free for mainland France.
For the rest of the world, please also request your return through this page: Process a Return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For Pre-Order Products:
- First case: If the pre-order is still ongoing, send an email via the contact form requesting a size change.
- Second case: If you have already received your pre-order, you can request a return or an exchange via this page: Process a Return.
Shipping is free for orders over $150 to the USA, Canada, and the rest of the world.

Important recommendation regarding the condition of returned products: these products must, for us to accept them, be in impeccable condition, without having been worn, soiled, washed or retouched. Consequently, returns of soiled or damaged clothing will be refused and returned at your expense.
After receipt and validation of the returned items, the refund is made within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email at that time.
Once the transfer has been made, the time it takes to arrive in your account varies depending on the banking establishment.
Yes, it is possible to exchange for a different size by submitting a request via the following page: Process a Return. We always produce a surplus to allow customers to change sizes if necessary. Rest assured that we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied or refunded. Once your exchange request is submitted, you will receive the new size as soon as possible.

All returns received after the deadline, without a label or with items sent in poor condition may be refused. Orders with charges to be paid upon receipt of the package will be systematically refused.
